Established in 2018, Scorpion Cleaning Ltd was set up by life-long friends Stuart Parker and Mike Rees. Stuart worked for 30 plus years in the health & fitness industry, managing chains of clubs throughout the country. Mike spent 30 years in the Police, retiring in 2014 as a Detective Inspector.
Upon retirement, Mike established a cleaning company Refreshed Limited with another business partner to provide cleaning services for the construction industry. The company developed a strong reputation within the sector.
Stuart joined the company in 2017 as an Operations Manager and set up a South East region of the business. In 2019, Mike and Stuart set up Scorpion Cleaning to take over management of the South Eastern sites and develop new business.
The company has grown considerably and has many key construction clients such as Bovis Homes, Bellway Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon/Charles Church and Matthew Homes.
Mike also owns another cleaning company Forensiclean, which provides specialist cleaning services. It is in partnership with Forensiclean that Scorpion Cleaning Ltd is able to provide additional services such as deep cleaning, sanitisation, mould remediation and flood & fire damage remediation work.
The company has now expanded into other areas providing office cleaning, end of tenancy cleans, de-cluttering and through Stuart’s experience in the leisure industry, health club and leisure centre cleaning.
Scorpion Cleaning Ltd is a professional cleaning company that employs all of it’s staff and only uses subcontractors during periods of high demand. Unlike many other construction cleaning companies that only use subcontractors.
We are a rapid response cleaning company that provides a 24-hour service. The company is SMAS certified and all the staff have CSCS cards for working on construction sites.

We are environmentally conscious, sourcing products that are less harmful to the environment, recycling plastics and reducing the use of paper and creation of waste.
